Vision
The project began in 2007. After a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the world scenario due to the high level of demand and technological increases, the founders of Grupo SAM decided to start acting in the sector by requesting with the DNPM (National Department of Production Mineral) the right to survey areas with a history of mineral occurrences.
Thus, a technical team is set up to prepare research plans and application for the areas, starting with the acquisition of rights to an application for Tantalita in Amazonas.
Subsequently, 3 more areas were acquired in nearby regions, targeting other minerals, including gold, diamond and niobium.

Tailings is what is left over from the mining beneficiation process and is composed of ore, sand and water. It is not toxic, corrosive or flammable.
According to its content, the tailings become
raw material for other productive sectors.
As a destination for the tailings, one can have the production of
hydraulic tiles, pre-molded blocks, artifacts
ceramics, ferric salts, among other products.

Since 2013, when the Presidency of the Republic forwarded the Bill (PL) 5,807/13 to the National Congress, as a matter of urgency, we have been expecting to see the Mining Code renewed.
Considering that the exploration of the rich Brazilian subsoil is subject to rules elaborated in 1967, the Brazilian mineral sector discusses the need to change and modernize several points of the regulatory framework, which are seen as fundamental to increase the country's competitiveness in the global market. , increase investments and, consequently, expand the country's mineral production.
